 CCT SKID STEER & LOADER Train the Trainer Operator Course 16HR (1)

16 Hour (2-DAY) Course                                           

Provides 1-3 CCT Certified SKID STEER / LOADER Operators with INSTRUCTOR Certification to allow for “In-House SKID STEER / LOADER Training” of all operators.  Training material & operator exams are supplied by CCT with no fees.

 

Course Objective:

This Skid Steer/Loader safety training program is designed to meet the needs of the Skid Steer & Front End Loader operators, regardless of brand. The course is ideal for all operators as it is designed to reinforce the importance of proper safety and handling techniques.

 

Course includes:

·       Effective speaking and presentation techniques

·       Demonstrate effective speaking and presentation techniques

·       Train principles of safe SKID STEER / LOADER operation and present material in a classroom and hands-on format

·       Have strong understanding of course material, course manuals, & required documentation

·       Ensure the high quality of training processes and evaluation remains consistent for every course

 

Upon completion the Trainer will focus is on these requirements:

·       General Skid Steer/Loader fundamentals & capabilities

·       Principals of stability, balance and capacity

·       The pre-operation inspection

·       Safety guidelines for operating

·       Safe load handling techniques

·       How weight distribution affects skid-steer loader stability and steering.

  • Understand the difference between Tipping Load and Rated Operating Capacity
  • Understanding of the Loader reactions when using the hydrostatic transmission
  • Important factors of maintenance for safe, efficient, and productive operation
  • Identify the controls and their functions
  • Identify the loaders safety features and their importance
  • Explain the safe entry and exit of the loader
  • Explain procedures for changing attachments
  • Know the fundamentals of safe and efficient maneuvering & working with the attachments
  • Practical Assessment

 

ALL OPERATORS MUST SHOW COMPETENCY IN ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS.

 

This comprehensive program includes classroom training on the theory of Skid Steer/Loader operation and safety issues, Hands on Operation & Practical Evaluation is based on participants ability to demonstrate:

1. Daily inspection procedure.

2. Site inspection for hazards.

3. Demonstration of safe operation of the machine.

4. Completion of an Exam on all aspects of the operation of the equipment as well as the regulations relating to the safe operation of the equipment is required.

 

TRAINER CERTIFICATIONS ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR

 

All Applicable taxes are extra

Maximum 3 “TRAINERS” per session

(Trainers must hold a Valid CCT Operator Certification)

Mileage $1.15/km if applicable

Travel expenses (cost plus 15%) are extra if applicable.
